Royfest2022 - Rules & Regulations
1. Age Group and Categories:
Above 5 Years.
2. Definition of Solo & Groups
Solo: Single Participant.
Group Dance:
Only 5 participants are considered as Group for Dance.

4. Competition Entry Fees
1. Solo Performer (Any Instruments) should pay an entry fees of INR.500/- which is
nonrefundable.
2. Every Group Dance Performers (9 - 12 Members) should pay an entry fees of INR.2000/-
nonrefundable.
3. Entry Fees shall be paid by cash at Roy Music School or GPay to +91 88839 47048
5. Registration formalities
1. Contestants have to fill in the prescribed Application form (Google Form) and submit
photocopy of Identity proof (Identity card from School / College) and Aadhaar Card.
2. Participants who perform in the finals (stage) should keep their ID Cards for verification
at any time.
3. Participants once enrolled in a team should not represent other teams.
6. Time Limits
3 Minutes Video for all Solo Performances (Music instruments, Singing & Dance)
3 Minutes for all Group Performances (Singing, Music & Dance)
Songs can be any genre, it can be also from the syllabus (with backtrack) Trinity College
London, Rock&Pop or RSL.
Singing with Karoke is accepted (Any Language).
Dance any Styles, Western, Cinimatic or Classical.
Video to be shot in Landscape mode (strictly) with a plain backdrop if possible.

7. Scoring
Scores are 100% Transparent from Youtube – Views + Likes.
If there is any Tie in scores, comments will be an additional credit.
8. Judging Criteria / parameters:
1. Number of Views in Youtube
2. Number of Likes
3. Comments (positive) will be a credit.
9. Announcements / Reporting
1. The announcements and information about the program will be communicated through
whatsapp/Youtube.
10. Cash Awards, Trophy Gifts & Certificates
1. First Prize is a Cash Prize. Cash Prize will be determined based on the number of
contestants announced on the Result Day.
2. Certificates, Medals & Gifts.
3. First Prize will be a Cash prize where there is 5 or more Contestants/groups for a
category.
11. Sportsmanship
All Participants are required to express respect, courtesy and sportsman- like behavior
in the entire video. We aim to create a healthy competitive and positive content in the video.
Contestants and Dancers can enjoy themselves while gaining valuable performance
experience as well as learning the nature of healthy competition and enjoying their stage
experience.
12. Restrictions:
1. Any video with risky Fire, swords, knives, guns, live animals, powders, liquids, glitter,
confetti, paint, sand, etc. are NOT allowed.
2. Smoking and Drinking and Pretending to Smoke or Drink is prohibited in/around the
Video.
3. Alcohol and Tobacco is strictly prohibited in the video content. Any team involving in
misconduct or using Alcohol and Tobacco in the video will not be considered.
13. Additional Rules
1. No cash refunds will be issued under ANY circumstances.
2. Non availability of video before the said date will lose the chance for Competition.
14. Right to Amend / Withdraw / Scratch a Contestant
1. The Organizer reserves the right to amend or alter the terms and conditions of the
Competition at any time and reject teams for any valid reasons.
2. Competition may be modified or withdrawn at any time by the organizer.
3. If there is any dispute or conflict during the competition, the Organizers decision will be
the final.

Royfest raises fund for a Social Cause to support Anbalayam Psychiatric Rehabilitation Center and many more The Guests of honor for the Grand Event are likely to be Celebrities, Music Director, Singers, Musicians, Successful Entrepreneurs and Leaders.
