Dancing can be a way to stay fit for people of all ages, shapes and sizes. It improves conditions of Heart, Lungs, Muscular Strength, aerobic fitness, bones and spatial awareness. Dancing gives greater self-confidence and self-esteem and better social skills. Please go through the rules and regulations to be followed:
1. Primary Communications like Announcements and Circulars from the School will be sent as
text messages via Whatsapp messenger.
2. Students should attend the Classes regularly and should reach the School well in advance and
keep up Punctuality in all the classes.
3. Except for Drums, all other students have to bring their own music instruments, note pen or
pencils. Students to safeguard their valuable things at their own risk.
4. All the Students are intended to follow Discipline and present themselves dignified in
Competitions and outside Stage Programs.
5. All the Students are intended to give reverence to the Trainer, attend Class carefully and
practice well. To keep up the practice level sufficient, Students should send home work
videos on every Wednesday to the Head of the School through Whatsapp, without fail.
6. Parents should not accompany their ward inside the Class Room or speak to the ward every
so often during the class hours.
7. Parents shall provide snacks and water bottle for the younger ones if required.
8. All the Students and Parents must visit the office and review their wards performance,
progress and learning once in 3 months (Quarterly) basis at the Office and not with the
Trainer.
9. Any queries, suggestions or issues related to Fees, Syllabus, performance etc. is to be
addressed only at office and not with the Trainers.
10. If a student is absent or leave for the scheduled class, no compensatory class shall be
provided by the School. Furthermore leave must be informed to School by SMS or phone call
without fail at least 5 hours before the schedule time of the class.
11. However if the scheduled class is cancelled due to non-availability of Trainer or any other
administrative reasons, School will re-schedule another compensatory class for students, and
the same shall be intimated by Whatsapp messenger.
12. School will not function during the Festival & National Holidays and students shall
confirm/clarify this at the office.
13. There are 2 terms of payment of fees i.e., Monthly and Half yearly. All students should pay
the Fees before 5th day of the month/Half yearly
14. Registration Fees and Fees is non-refundable at any circumstances.
15. Preparing the students for Grade Exams depends on the students’ performance learning and
capacity. The exam center and the university is not student’s choice.
16. School will provide study materials for examinations and may collect the actual charges from
the students. Students must pay Examination Fees depending on the grade. The Study
Material and Examination Fees not included in the Fees and charged separately.
17. School will provide the students an opportunity for Stage Exposure on an Annual basis and
may collect a nominal charges from the students for conducting such programs, including
competitions. This charges is separate and not included in the monthly/half yearly fees.
18. Students will be added in Roy Music School Whatsapp Group in order to have swift
communication, greet the students during Birthdays and to share any updates about MUSIC
& DANCE only. Students should not indulge in unnecessary chat or forward Jokes or any other
irrelevant messages in this group.
19. In all concerns and any issues, the decision of the Head of the School shall be final and
irrevocable.
20. All Students/Parents have to follow the COVID-19 Precautions advised by the Government.
Wear Mask, Social Distance, Avoid Crowd, Hand Sanitize and Hand washing.

To prevent the spread of COVID-19:

Calling in advance allows your healthcare provider to quickly direct you to the right health facility. This protects you, and prevents the spread of viruses and other infections.
Masks
Masks can help prevent the spread of the virus from the person wearing the mask to others. Masks alone do not protect against COVID-19, and should be combined with physical distancing and hand hygiene. Follow the advice provided by your local health authority.
